These rules are designed to maintain trust, security, and professionalism in all our operations. All clients, partners, and employees are expected to follow them at all times.

2. Compliance with Laws

All transactions must comply with Ghanaian laws and any relevant international regulations.

No funds may be used for illegal activities, including money laundering or fraud.
3. Respectful Communication

Treat all clients, staff, and partners with respect and professionalism.

Abusive language or harassment is strictly prohibited.
4. Secure Transactions Only

All payments must go through the Zebroon Escrow system.

No direct payments between parties outside the platform are allowed for deals initiated through Zebroon Escrow.
5. Confidentiality

All personal, financial, and business information shared with Zebroon Escrow must remain confidential and be used only for the transaction at hand.
6. Timely Actions

Buyers must deposit funds promptly.

Sellers must deliver goods or services within the agreed timeline.

Disputes must be raised within the inspection period.
7. Evidence in Disputes

All parties must provide clear evidence (documents, receipts, communications, etc.) when raising or defending a dispute.

Falsifying evidence will result in immediate termination of the account.
8. No Conflict of Interest

Employees and agents of Zebroon Escrow may not take part in any transaction that creates a conflict of interest without prior approval.
9. Platform Integrity

Users may not attempt to bypass, manipulate, or exploit the Zebroon Escrow system.

Any suspicious activity will be investigated and may result in account suspension or legal action.
10. Continuous Improvement

All team members are encouraged to provide feedback and ideas to improve our services, security, and customer satisfaction.
