This Payment Policy explains how payments are made, held, and released on Zebroon Escrow. It is designed to protect both buyers and sellers by ensuring transparency, security, and fairness in all transactions.

1. Payment Methods

Zebroon Escrow accepts the following payment methods:

• Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo Money)

• Bank Transfers (local and international)

• Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)

All payments must be made directly into Zebroon Escrow’s secure account.

2. Payment Process

1. Buyer Deposits Funds – The buyer transfers the agreed amount into Zebroon Escrow’s secure account.

2. Funds Verification – Zebroon Escrow verifies the payment before notifying the seller to proceed with delivery.

3. Delivery and Inspection – The seller delivers goods or services; the buyer has a set inspection period to confirm satisfaction.

4. Release of Funds – If the buyer approves, funds are released to the seller. If not, a dispute may be raised.

• Funds are held safely until all agreed conditions are met.

• We use encryption, secure payment gateways, and verification systems to protect transactions.

4. Dispute and Refund Policy

• If there is a disagreement, both parties must submit evidence.

• Zebroon Escrow will review the case and make a fair decision.

• If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the buyer’s original payment method.

5. Fees and Charges

• Zebroon Escrow charges a service fee for each transaction, visible before payment is made.

• Payment gateway or bank charges may also apply depending on the payment method.

6. Prohibited Payments

Zebroon Escrow does not process payments for illegal goods, services, or activities. Any suspicious transaction will be blocked and reported to authorities.

7. Payout Timelines

• Payout to sellers will be made within the specified settlement period after buyer approval or resolution of a dispute.
