These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Zebroon Escrow’s website, platform, and services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use Zebroon Escrow.

1. Definitions

“We”, “Our”, “Us” – Refers to Zebroon Escrow.
“You”, “User” – Any person or entity using Zebroon Escrow services.
“Buyer” – The party purchasing goods or services.
“Seller” – The party providing goods or services.
“Escrow” – A secure process where funds are held until transaction conditions are met.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
You must provide accurate information during registration.
You must comply with all applicable laws in Ghana and internationally.

3. How Our Service Works

Buyer and Seller agree on terms (price, delivery, conditions).
Buyer deposits funds into Zebroon Escrow’s secure account.
Seller delivers goods or services.
Buyer reviews and approves within the inspection period.
Funds are released to the Seller.
If a dispute arises, Zebroon Escrow’s dispute resolution process applies.

4. Fees

Service fees are clearly displayed before a transaction is confirmed.
Fees are non-refundable except in cases of service error.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use Zebroon Escrow for:

Illegal goods, services, or activities.
Money laundering, terrorism financing, or fraud.
Misrepresentation or false claims in transactions.

6. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a disagreement, both parties must submit evidence.
Zebroon Escrow will review all materials and make a fair decision.
Our decision will be final and binding for the transaction in question.

7. Refunds

Refunds will only be made to the original payment method.
Refund requests must be submitted within the inspection period.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

Violate these Terms.
Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
Provide false or misleading information.

9. Limitation of Liability

Zebroon Escrow is not responsible for:

The quality, safety, or legality of goods or services.
Delays or failures caused by factors outside our control.
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use encryption and secure systems to protect your information.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
