This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued on Zebroon Escrow. Our goal is to ensure fairness, transparency, and protection for both buyers and sellers.


1. When Refunds Apply

A refund may be issued if:

  • The seller fails to deliver goods or services within the agreed time.

  • The goods or services delivered do not match the agreed description.

  • A dispute is raised and Zebroon Escrow decides in favor of the buyer.

  • Payment was made in error and no delivery has started.


2. Refund Conditions

  • Refund requests must be made within the inspection period stated in the transaction agreement.

  • The buyer must provide clear evidence (e.g., receipts, communications, photos) to support the refund request.

  • Refunds are not issued for change-of-mind after goods or services have been delivered as agreed.


3. Refund Process

  1. Dispute Submission – Buyer raises a dispute through Zebroon Escrow.

  2. Review – Both parties submit evidence; Zebroon Escrow reviews the case.

  3. Decision – Zebroon Escrow decides the outcome based on the agreement and evidence provided.

  4. Refund Approval – If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.


4. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days depending on the payment method.

  • Bank processing times may affect how quickly you receive the funds.


5. Fees on Refunds

  • Zebroon Escrow service fees are non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error.

  • Payment gateway or bank charges may be deducted from the refund amount depending on the method used.


6. No Refund Cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The buyer approved the transaction before raising a dispute.

  • The inspection period has expired without any complaint.

  • The buyer failed to provide required evidence for a dispute.
